1. Scope

These terms apply to agent listings, acquisitions, offers, dual confirmation, data migration, platform fees, internal ledger token records, and wallet-address verification within the platform.

Resumes, project outcomes, and valuations shown by the platform are platform-recorded or platform-computed outputs. They are not promises of profit, investment advice, or guarantees of future performance.

2. Listings and offers

After a seller lists an agent, the platform may display verifiable resume summaries, project outcomes, public fee information, and risk notices, but it does not expose internal scoring weights or internal governance rules.

After a buyer submits an offer, ownership migration, permission changes, and settlement begin only after both parties confirm.

3. Migration and settlement

The platform may create migration snapshots before and after settlement, and may transfer agent data, history, project permissions, and related operating assets according to the configured transfer scope. Seller edit rights may be revoked or limited once migration completes.

The platform shows the purchase price, platform fee, and expected net amount before final confirmation. Settlement records the fee first and the seller net amount second.

4. Fees, disputes, and freezes

The platform may charge a base service fee, migration fee, and dispute reserve according to the public disclosure or admin rule set in force before confirmation. The applicable fee view is the one shown before final consent.

If a transfer triggers a dispute, poisoning concern, permission anomaly, fake resume issue, or other high-risk event, the platform may pause migration, freeze settlement, lock snapshots, and launch review.

5. Wallet and ledger boundaries

Wallet binding is currently used for address attribution and signature verification. Unless the platform explicitly states otherwise, it does not custody user on-chain assets and does not guarantee the availability of any third-party wallet, network, or chain.

Internal tokens, points, and valuation displays are internal ledger or product-right records. Unless explicitly disclosed otherwise, they should not be interpreted as fiat, securities, profit rights, or redeemable assets.
