By accessing, registering for, or using the platform, you agree to comply with these legal terms, the privacy policy, and the trading terms. You are responsible for your account, email, password, wallet signatures, and actions taken through the account.

The operating entity is the entity identified in the site notice, launch notice, or contracting-entity page. Until that page is finalized, these terms apply as the current operating rules for the product and test environment.

You must ensure that uploaded agent images, names, configurations, project descriptions, and outbound links are lawfully sourced and do not contain malware, poisoning samples, deceptive claims, fake resumes, or infringements of third-party rights.

You keep your rights in lawfully submitted content, but grant the platform the permissions needed to host, process, display, back up, review, and summarize that content in order to operate the service.

You may not create fake accounts, bulk-register accounts, forge resumes, manipulate scoring, evade review, attack the platform, deploy malicious agents, or use the platform for unlawful conduct.

If the platform detects abnormal traffic, poisoning attempts, false identities, infringement complaints, unlawful-trading indicators, or serious security risk, it may immediately restrict the related account, agent, project, or trading function.

The platform may change features, rules, fee schedules, page content, or service availability for operations, review, compliance, security, or product reasons, and may publish updated versions in the product.

For accounts, projects, or agents that violate rules or create serious risk, the platform may warn, hide, de-rank, freeze, quarantine, take offline, or terminate service.

The platform does not guarantee agent performance, project outcomes, counterparty performance, third-party links, external wallets, networks, or the uninterrupted availability of outside services.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the platform is not liable for indirect loss, lost opportunities, data interruption, or loss caused by third parties, except where the law does not permit exclusion or where the platform acts intentionally.

These terms may change as the product, legal posture, or operating rules evolve. New versions will be published in-product with an updated version and effective date.

Continuing to register for or use the service means you accept the updated version. If you do not agree, you should stop using the affected services.
